Description
This Biscoff Banana Pudding With Caramel Cookie Flavor is a creamy, easy dessert packed with layers of vanilla pudding, ripe bananas, and spiced caramel cookies. It is one of my favorite no-bake treats for holidays, potlucks, quick dessert ideas, and easy recipe nights when I want something simple, crowd-pleasing, and full of sweet food ideas.
Ingredients
2 boxes instant vanilla pudding mix
4 cups cold milk
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 cups heavy whipping cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 bananas, sliced
32 Biscoff cookies
1 cup crushed Biscoff cookies
Instructions
1. In a large bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix, cold milk, and sweetened condensed milk until smooth and slightly thickened.
2. In a separate bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream with the vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the pudding mixture until fully combined and creamy.
4. Spread a layer of pudding into the bottom of a serving dish.
5. Add a layer of Biscoff cookies and banana slices over the pudding.
6. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with pudding on top.
7. Sprinkle the crushed Biscoff cookies over the top layer.
8. Cover and chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
Use bananas that are ripe but still firm so the slices hold their shape and do not become mushy in the pudding.
