Ingredients
1/2 cup Biscoff cookie butter
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup water
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
pinch salt
Instructions
1. In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine 1/2 cup Biscoff cookie butter, 1/3 cup brown sugar, and 1/2 cup water. Stir constantly to help the cookie butter and sugar dissolve.
2. Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer. Continue stirring until the syrup thickens slightly, about 3–5 minutes. It should coat the back of a spoon.
3. Remove from heat. Stir in 1 teaspoon vanilla extract and a small pinch of salt. Let the syrup cool slightly.
4. Pour into a clean glass jar or bottle. Let cool completely before sealing. Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Shake well before each use.
Notes
Start with 1 tablespoon per drink and adjust to taste.
For a thicker drizzle (for pancakes or desserts), simmer 1–2 minutes longer.
Shake before each use, especially if refrigerated.
