Description

This Chocolate Cream Cold Brew is a rich, refreshing coffee drink made with smooth cold brew, ice, and a silky chocolate cream topping that feels just like a coffeehouse treat at home. It is perfect for a quick breakfast, easy snack, afternoon pick-me-up, or sweet coffee break, and it is one of my favorite easy recipe ideas when I want simple food ideas that still feel a little special.

Ingredients

2 cups cold brew coffee

1 cup ice

1/4 cup heavy cream

2 tablespoons milk

1 1/2 tablespoons chocolate syrup

1 tablespoon vanilla syrup

1 teaspoon cocoa powder

Instructions

1. Fill a tall glass with ice.

2. Pour the cold brew coffee over the ice, leaving a little room at the top.

3. In a small bowl or frothing cup, whisk together the heavy cream, milk, chocolate syrup, vanilla syrup, and cocoa powder until slightly thickened and pourable.

4. Slowly pour the chocolate cream over the cold brew.

5. Drizzle a little extra chocolate syrup on top if desired, then serve immediately.

Notes

Do not overwhip the chocolate cream or it will become too thick to pour smoothly over the cold brew.
