Ingredients

3 cups milk chocolate chips

1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk

1/4 cup unsalted butter

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows

1 cup M&M candies

Instructions

1. Line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal. Lightly grease the parchment with a little butter.

2. In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine milk chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and unsalted butter. Stir constantly until melted and smooth. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.

3. Let the mixture cool for 2 minutes, then fold in mini marshmallows and M&M candies. Stir gently to keep the marshmallows from melting completely.

4. Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared pan. Press a few extra marshmallows and M&Ms on top for decoration, if desired.

5. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours, or until fully set. Use the parchment to lift the fudge out, then slice into 16 squares. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

For easy slicing, use a sharp knife warmed under hot water, then dried.

Swap in semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips for a richer fudge.

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week, or freeze for up to 2 months.
