Ingredients
1 pound fresh green beans
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/3 cup panko breadcrumbs
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray.
2. In a large bowl, toss the green beans with olive oil until evenly coated.
3. In a separate bowl, mix together Parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
4. Add the breadcrumb mixture to the green beans and toss until all beans are well coated.
5. Spread the coated green beans on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
6. Roast for 15-18 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the green beans are golden and crispy.
Notes
For extra crispiness, broil the green beans for 1-2 minutes at the end.
Haricots verts cook faster—check them a few minutes early.
These are best served fresh but can be reheated in an air fryer to bring back the crunch.
