Ingredients
6 cups whole milk
2 cups heavy cream
14 oz sweetened condensed milk
1 cup milk chocolate chips
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
1 cup mini marshmallows (for topping, optional)
Instructions
1. Add 6 cups of whole milk, 2 cups of heavy cream, 1 can (14 oz) of sweetened condensed milk, 1 cup of milk chocolate chips, and 1 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips to a crock pot.
2. Stir gently to combine the ingredients evenly.
