Ideal for anyone looking for easy recipes, Christmas food ideas, and simple yet stunning breakfast or dessert options!

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 cups whipped topping (such as Cool Whip)

2 packages (3 oz each) cherry gelatin

2 cups boiling water

whipped cream, for topping

green sprinkles, for topping

16 maraschino cherries, for garnish

Instructions

1. Crush graham crackers into fine crumbs. Mix with melted butter and press into the bottom of a 9×9-inch baking dish. Chill while preparing the next layer.

2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla, mixing until fluffy. Fold in whipped topping until fully combined. Spread evenly over the crust and chill.

3. Dissolve cherry gelatin in boiling water, stirring until completely dissolved. Allow to cool to room temperature. Carefully pour over the cream cheese layer. Refrigerate at least 4 hours until fully set.

4. Once set, cut into 16 squares. Top each square with whipped cream, green sprinkles, and a maraschino cherry. Serve chilled.

Notes

Always cool the gelatin to room temperature before pouring over the cream layer to prevent melting.

For extra festive flair, add a layer of green gelatin below the red layer.

Use a hot, dry knife to cut perfect, clean squares every time.
