Whether you need a quick breakfast idea, a fun dessert for a party, or something different for dinner, this trifle-style treat checks every box for creative food ideas. Ingredients

20 chocolate sandwich cookies

3 cups vanilla custard or pudding

2 cups chocolate pudding or mousse

1/4 cup nut butter (peanut or almond)

2 soft-boiled eggs, halved

1 cup crispy tofu cubes

1 cup roasted broccolini

Extra cookies and nut butter for topping (optional)

Instructions

1. Add a generous layer of vanilla custard or pudding to the bottom of a large glass bowl.

2. Place a layer of chocolate sandwich cookies on top, gently pressing them down.

3. Spread a thick layer of chocolate pudding or mousse over the cookies.

4. Repeat layers of custard, cookies, and chocolate pudding until you reach the top of the bowl.

5. Arrange soft-boiled eggs, crispy tofu cubes, roasted broccolini, and extra cookies on the top layer.

6. Drizzle nut butter generously over the toppings for a finishing touch.

7. Serve immediately or chill for up to 4 hours before serving for best flavor.

Notes

For the crunchiest texture, add the cookie topping right before serving.

Swap in your favorite toppings like berries, whipped cream, or nuts for more variety.

Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 2 days; cookies will soften but flavors will meld beautifully.
