  • Author: Rosa Martinez

Description

This Ninja Creami Peanut Butter Chocolate Protein Ice Cream is a rich, creamy, high-protein frozen treat that feels like dessert but fits right into my easy recipe routine. It is perfect when I want a quick breakfast-style protein boost, a healthy snack, or a satisfying dessert idea, and it is one of my favorite food ideas for keeping sweet cravings in check with simple ingredients.

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups chocolate protein shake

2 tablespoons peanut butter powder

1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder

1 tablespoon sugar-free chocolate pudding mix

1 tablespoon maple syrup

2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips

1 tablespoon peanut butter drizzle, optional

Instructions

1. In a bowl or Ninja Creami pint, whisk together the chocolate protein shake, peanut butter powder, cocoa powder, pudding mix, and maple syrup until completely smooth.

2. Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami pint if needed, smooth the top, cover, and freeze on a flat surface for 24 hours.

3. Remove the pint from the freezer, place it in the Ninja Creami outer bowl, and run the Lite Ice Cream setting.

4. If the texture looks crumbly after the first spin, add 1 to 2 tablespoons of extra protein shake or milk and respin once.

5. Make a small hole in the center, add the mini chocolate chips, and run the Mix-In setting.

6. Scoop into bowls, add the optional peanut butter drizzle, and serve right away.

Notes

Do not skip freezing the pint fully solid for at least 24 hours, or the texture will not spin properly and can turn icy instead of creamy.
