Ingredients
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
4 cups mini marshmallows
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup raisins
5 cups crisp rice cereal
White icing (for decorating)
Green icing (for holly leaves)
14 red candies or fondant cherries (for topping)
Instructions
1. Melt the butter in a large saucepan over low heat.
2. Add mini marshmallows and stir until completely melted and smooth.
3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and raisins.
4. Add crisp rice cereal and gently fold until all the cereal is evenly coated.
5. Allow the mixture to cool for 2-3 minutes. Grease your hands, then scoop about 1/4 cup for each pudding and shape into domes. Place on a parchment-lined tray.
6. Repeat until you have 14 mini puddings.
7. Once cool, decorate with white icing to look like custard, pipe green icing leaves, and finish with a red candy or cherry on each pudding.
8. Let icing set before serving or storing.
Notes
Lightly grease your hands to prevent sticking when shaping the puddings.
Decorate only after the puddings are completely cool to keep icing details neat.
For nut-free or dairy-free versions, use allergy-friendly alternatives for butter and check labels on all candies.
