Ingredients
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup light brown sugar, packed
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
2/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 to 3 tablespoons milk
1/3 cup chocolate chips or melting wafers (for drizzle)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a standard 12-cup muffin tin with liners or spray with nonstick spray.
2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter. Whisk in granulated sugar and brown sugar until smooth.
3. Add eggs and vanilla extract; whisk well.
4. Stir in flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder until just combined.
5. Fold in 2/3 cup chocolate chips.
6. Divide batter evenly among 12 muffin cups (about 3/4 full).
7. Bake 15–17 minutes until tops are set and a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs. Cool in pan 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
8. While brownies cool, beat peanut butter, powdered sugar, and 2 tablespoons milk until creamy. Add another tablespoon milk if needed for spreadable texture.
9. Once brownie cups are cool, spread or pipe peanut butter mixture on top.
10. Melt 1/3 cup chocolate chips or melting wafers; drizzle over peanut butter layer. Add extra chocolate chips if desired.
11. Let set before serving or chilling. Enjoy!
