Description

Get ready for the ultimate holiday treat—Peppermint Swirl Fudge! This easy, no-bake dessert brings together creamy white and milk chocolate, swirled together and topped with crunchy peppermint candy. Perfect for quick holiday gifts, dessert trays, or festive snacking, it’s a go-to for anyone seeking quick breakfast ideas, easy dessert recipes, healthy snack swaps (in moderation!), or fun food ideas for any gathering. You’ll love how this fudge delivers both stunning presentation and irresistible flavor in every bite.

Ingredients

2 cups white chocolate chips

2 cups semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips

1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk, divided

1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract

1/4 cup crushed peppermint candies or candy canes

1 tablespoon unsalted butter, divided

Instructions

1. Line an 8-inch square pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal, and lightly grease it.

2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine 2 cups white chocolate chips, 1/2 can (7 oz) sweetened condensed milk, and 1/2 tablespoon butter. Microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring, until smooth.

3. In a second bowl, combine 2 cups semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips, the remaining 1/2 can (7 oz) sweetened condensed milk, and 1/2 tablespoon butter. Microwave as above until melted and smooth.

4. Stir 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract into the melted white chocolate mixture.

5. Alternately drop large spoonfuls of both chocolate mixtures into the prepared pan. Swirl gently with a knife or skewer to create a marbled effect—don’t overmix.

6. Immediately sprinkle 1/4 cup crushed peppermint candies over the top and press lightly.

7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours, or until firm. Lift out using the parchment and cut into 36 small squares.

Notes

Use good-quality chocolate chips for the creamiest texture and best flavor.

For dairy-free fudge, use non-dairy condensed milk and allergy-friendly chocolate chips.

Fudge can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 weeks or frozen for up to 2 months.
