Description

This Pumpkin Cold Foam is a quick breakfast treat and an easy recipe for fall coffee lovers who want cozy drink ideas at home. Made with pumpkin puree, cream, milk, maple syrup, and warm spice, it creates a smooth, fluffy topping that turns iced coffee or cold brew into one of my favorite breakfast ideas, snack-time drinks, and simple food ideas for the season.

Ingredients

1/2 cup heavy cream

1/4 cup whole milk

2 tablespoons pumpkin puree

1 tablespoon maple syrup

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

Instructions

1. Add the heavy cream, whole milk, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and pumpkin pie spice to a small bowl or jar.

2. Stir until the pumpkin puree is fully blended and the mixture is smooth.

3. Froth the mixture with a handheld frother or whisk until thickened and fluffy but still pourable.

4. Fill two glasses with iced coffee or cold brew over ice.

5. Spoon or pour the Pumpkin Cold Foam over the top of each drink.

6. Dust with extra pumpkin pie spice if desired and serve immediately.

Notes

Do not over-whip the foam, or it can become too thick to pour nicely over the coffee.
