2 tablespoons crushed graham crackers (for garnish)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
12 oz white chocolate, for coating
2 oz dark chocolate, for optional drizzle

5. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
6. Melt the white chocolate in 20-second intervals until smooth.
7. Dip each truffle into melted white chocolate, tapping off excess.
8. Sprinkle each with reserved graham crackers and drizzle with dark chocolate, if using.
9. Refrigerate 15–20 minutes or until set.
10. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
Notes
Use pure pumpkin, not pie filling, for best results.
White chocolate melting wafers yield smoother results than chips.
Store truffles chilled in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
