Description
These Quick Biscoff Overnight Oats are a creamy, cozy, no-cook breakfast that feels like a treat but fits right into busy mornings. This easy recipe is perfect for a quick breakfast, healthy snack, simple meal prep, and one of my favorite breakfast ideas when I want something sweet, filling, and effortless.
Ingredients
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup milk
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
3 tablespoons Biscoff spread
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon chia seeds
2 Biscoff cookies, crushed
Instructions
1. In a medium jar or bowl, add the rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, Biscoff spread, maple syrup, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and chia seeds.
2. Stir everything very well until the Biscoff spread is fully blended into the mixture.
3. Cover the jar or bowl and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for the best texture.
4. Stir the oats again before serving.
5. Top with crushed Biscoff cookies and an extra drizzle of Biscoff spread if desired, then serve cold.
Notes
Do not skip mixing the Biscoff spread thoroughly at the start, or it can stay in clumps and leave the oats uneven in texture and flavor.
